The service includes, but is not limited to the following: • Venue search • Supplier recommendations • Contractual paperwork and negotiations • Budget analysis and supplier payment plan • Arrange relevant appointments • Contact you with regular updates and reviews • Produce a timeline & detailed schedule for your wedding • Provide supplier coordination & confirmations • Design (Theme, venue decoration & accessories) • Handling of RSVP's and dietary requirements • Hotel and transport reservations • Provide detailed wedding schedule for suppliers • On the day coordination (Including venue set-up) to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly • Telephone and email support • Flight, Accommodation & Transport Arrangements • Shopping assistance for wedding/events items • Entertainment Options The service charge is also dependent on the number of guests, type of wedding and bespoke wedding requirements.There will also be additional costs if the Planner/Coordinator will be required to travel internationally.
