Service Description

This is on the day wedding/event coordination. It starts roughly 6 weeks to a month before your wedding. This is after you have planned every detail yourself. It ends with the last dance of the evening. However, we can always negotiate if there are other service delivery required. Even if you relish the opportunity to plan your own wedding, you're probably not picturing yourself on the day itself with a clipboard and schedule in hands as you tell people where they need to park, unload, set-up etc. The service may include, but is not limited to the following: • Supplier recommendations for last minute requirements. • Contractual paperwork and negotiations • Arrange relevant appointments • Contact you with regular updates and reviews • Produce a timeline & detailed schedule for your wedding day programme • Provide supplier coordination & set up confirmations • Support on wedding venue decoration & accessories • Support with seating arrangements and ensure dietary requirements are catered for • Support with parking allocation • Arrive on site before guests and suppliers to manage setting up or assembling. This includes if requested, to be the last to leave after dissembling or clearing up. • Manage guests and suppliers to ensure the wedding day runs smoothly • Last minute shopping assistance for wedding/events items • Provide last minute Entertainment Options if required. The service charge is also dependent on the number of guests, type of wedding and bespoke wedding requirements.
