Partial Wedding/Event Planning is designed for the couple who only need help with specific areas along the way. This includes consultation to identify the areas that will require help. This will include a day coordination and making sure that every plan falls into place. The services may include, but not limited to the following: • Venue search • Supplier recommendations • Contractual paperwork and negotiations • Budget analysis and supplier payment plan • Arrange relevant appointments • Contact you with regular updates and reviews • Produce a timeline & detailed schedule for your wedding • Provide supplier coordination & confirmations • Design (Theme, venue decoration & accessories) • Handling of RSVP's and dietary requirements • Hotel and transport reservations • Provide detailed wedding schedule for suppliers • On the day coordination (Including venue set-up) to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly • Telephone and email support • Flight, Accommodation & Transport Arrangements • Shopping assistance for wedding/events items • Entertainment Options The service charge is also dependent on the number of guests, type of wedding and bespoke wedding requirements.
